What to send
If you’re asking about a bill audit, it helps to include:
- The bill itself — PDF, photo, or a forward of the email from your retailer.
- Your postcode (so we can compare against the right local market).
- Anything specific you’re curious about — the rate, the discount, the fees.
What we can’t help with
We don’t handle disputes with your retailer, payment plans, or hardship arrangements. For those, the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria or your state equivalent is the right place to start.
