Quick answers.
- Is this really free?
- Yes, while we're in beta. There's no catch and no signup. We're trying to figure out if Australians actually want this — your bills are our research data.
- What about gas, internet, mobile, insurance?
- Electricity is what we ship today. Gas is next, then internet. Forward those bills now if you like — we'll keep them in the queue until that category goes live.
- Will switching mess things up?
- Not really. In Victoria especially, switching providers is a few-click online thing — no power outage, same wires. Our report tells you whether it's worth doing for you, specifically.
- What about my data?
- We store the bill, your email, and the report we generate. We don't sell it, we don't onsell to retailers, and we don't subscribe you to a marketing list. Email us and we'll delete everything.
